I am new to the world of blogging, so bear with me. I wanted to get some sort of internet presence to keep everyone up-to-date until I get an official website running. So we are going to start here, and possibly Facebook. This Thursday, the 4th of June will be our 2 week anniversary. We have heard lots of good feedback so far and want to continue to meet the needs of every beer drinker, but especially people like myself, who enjoy the finer beers.
Let me give a quick overview of our place: We wanted to create a store where you can pick up one bottle of any beer, and experiment. That idea came from our customers at The Beer Outlet in Franklin Mills. They always say to me, 'I really want this beer, but do not want to spend $80 on a case, or $100, etc.'. My goal was to get the biggest possible cooler, 22 doors(we could have fit another one, but you live and learn) and to put as many of the best beers we could find in them.
We just got our beer in today from our friends at Shangys. This order really helps round out the Belgian selection(Deleriums, Duchess, St.Bernadus, etc.) and some of our favorite crafts(Bell's, Left Hand, etc.). Now i just have to squeeze that and some other crafts into the cooler.
Hopefully you will come check us out. This Friday would be a great time. Ballast Point from San Diego will be in from 4-6. If you are a Hop Head do not miss this one. Their Sculpin(while they last) is one of the best IPA's around.
